Han Beverwijk is the Coach4Sailing headtrainer-coach.
Further information for people who don’t know me:
Han Beverwijk is training Dutch-sailors in the Optimist-class. He is a former Finnsailor and started fulltime professional training and coaching in 2002.
As a coach Han has succesfully coached a lot of sailors at 23 European- and Worldchampionships in International classes (Optimist, Dart 18, Europe and Splash), Olympic Classes (ILCA, Laser Standard, Laser Radial), "old Olimpic Classes" (Finn, Starboat-class) and former Paralympic Classes (2.4 mR).
Han Beverwijk in 2026 :
This year are his main activity’s training- and coaching in Optimist, RS Aero, ILCA, Laser, Solo-class, Dart 18, OK-dinghy and Splash.
The coaching is for all nations. All Optimist-sailors can subscribe for training and coaching by trainer-coach Han Beverwijk.

2026:
For now, sailors can participate in the following Optimist-event:
Wintertraining in the Netherlands: Zeeland Bruinisse, Port Zélande or Loosdrecht
Coaching at the 7th OptiOrange 2026 and training Valencia, Spain.
Februari 2026: Transport Optimist from Holland to Spain.
Coaching Optimistsailors in a small group by Optimistcoach Han Beverwijk.
The Regatta Coaching is for all nations. All Optimist-sailors can subscribe for the coaching by trainer-coach Han Beverwijk
